Why follow a meal plan if you’re already skinny?

When I looked at my daily food intake and compared it to my customized meal plan, I realized I wasn’t eating enough vegetables (3 servings too few, to be exact!) and was eating 5 too many servings of carbs! (#ihateveggies)

Carbs are necessary for your body to function well, but I was not only eating too many but also eating them in place of vegetables.

I’m following a meal plan to fuel my body well, take better care of it, have more energy, and simply be healthier!

For the best results (aka protection from disease/premature death), we should eat 10 servings (1/2 cup each) of vegetables a day. That’s 5 cups of vegetables/day. Estimate how many vegetables you ate so far today; how’d you do? Comment below!
