If you aren’t drinking enough water on a daily basis, now’s the perfect time to start!
Being hydrated has a ton of benefits, but naturally means more trips to the bathroom. With a busy schedule this can be annoying, but if you’re home all day now’s the ideal time to start training your bladder and focus on keeping your water next to you all day.
We’re recommended to drink half of our body weight (pounds) in ounces of water per day. For example, if you weigh 100 pounds, you should be drinking 50 ounces of water per day. It’s definitely a lot of water when you first start, but if you drink it throughout the day and continue to drink that much overtime, your body adjusts; I can’t imagine not drinking as much water as I do now.
