How I Started Working Out More

I used to be great at working out over the summer, getting all the gains, but as soon as cooler weather hit, for whatever reason, I’d always get off track and lose the progress I’d made.

This forced me to start over ever summer when working towards that summer body, and man did I get tired of it after awhile.

Luckily that didn’t happen this past fall because instead I jumped on board with a fellow basketball wife as a virtual wellness coach.

Maybe simply investing into my journey financially would have helped me stick with it, but I really wanted my fitness to be one of my top priorities, so I jumped in completely and I haven’t looked back.

Being a coach is “next level” accountability.

On the days I want to workout, it’s easy to show up for myself. On days I don’t want to workout, I’m showing up for my clients and my future (business).

If that isn’t motivation, I don’t know what is!
