How to Improve your Life

Start with yourself. If you always look for the negative in a situation, that’s what you’ll find. If you’re constantly putting yourself down, you won’t make it very far. If you don’t think you can do it, you won’t.
Believe in yourself. Start focusing on what you have accomplished, not what you haven’t.
Set aside time daily to grow. Read a self development book. Listen to personal affirmations. I’ve started writing down my favorites and reading them daily.
Surround yourself with uplifting people who encourage and support you. Their traits will rub off onto you.
Find something you love that gets you moving, whether it’s running or lifting weights, home or gym workouts; do something and your happiness and confidence will skyrocket!
Find and do something that gives you purpose. It’ll be so much easier waking up in the morning when you know you’re not only doing something meaningful, but that you’re chasing your dreams.
I now do all of these things as a coach. I never even considered doing affirmations, I wasn’t consistent with my workouts and I didn’t remind myself what I’d accomplished in the past.
I’m seeing how big of an impact these simple things are having on not only my life, but our life, and I want the same for you and your relationship!
